RETURN POLICY 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
Merchandise must not be altered, or washed
Merchandise must have all tags attached
Merchandise must be retourned in original packaging. 
Damaged goods replaced after original is recieved.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
 

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW SHOULD YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

Step 1: Contact our customer service center at contact@sorsluxe.com, or by calling customer service directly at +33 (0)1 42 60 10 34.
 
Step 2: Print and fill out the return form found here.  
 
Step 3: Place the return form inside the bag/box with the item(s).

Step 4: Drop off your package at UPS or other relevant shipper.

 

Please note: We are responsible for return shipping costs if we have sent the wrong or defective product. For damaged or defective merchandise we will send a link for you to print a pre-paid UPS shipping label to bring to a UPS drop-off location. You are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse, except when using our provided shipping labels.
 
REFUND & PROCESSING TIME

It can take approximately 2-10 business days for us to receive your return to our warehouse en France. We strongly encourage you to keep your receipt and proof of shipping/ postage. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment once we have received your items to the warehouse.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.  Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
